Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the product you have bought and you want to return the product, then that is possible as long as:

  • The product is returned within 100 days
  • The product in returned still in new, undamaged and unused condition
  • The product is returned in the original packaging
  • The product has not been personalized

Any cost to return products is to the customer's account. Shipping costs you have paid when placing the order will be refunded if the whole order has been returned. If you would like to return an item, please let us know by clicking the link below. Please note that customized or personalized items can not be returned.


The warranty period for products, is listed in the product description. Should your product become defective during the warranty period, the product will be repaired or, if repairation is not possible, be replaced by a new identical product. If an identical product is no longer available, the defective product will be replaced with a new product of the same value. Excluded from the warranty:

  • The battery
  • The brooch for attachment
  • The glass
  • The strap/silicone case
  • Damage caused by water/moisture, negligence and misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
