I can not find a product

If you can't find a product you are looking for please contact with us via the contact form and leave a detailed description of the product you are looking for. You will receive a response from us as soon as possible (within 48 hours on working days). We will try to fulfil all your wishes within your budget and time frame.


Is my product on stock?

The products stock status is listed on the product page under the products name. If the stock status of a product is "in stock" the product is ready to be shipped directly. If you have selected more than one of a product that we don't have in stock you will see a warning once you have added the products to your shopping cart. If a product is not available you will see under the product name in green the date when it will become available again. You can pre-order these products..Once the products are back in stock we will dispatch your products and email you with the delivery information. Should you have ordered products that are directly available we will ship those products directly. If a product is out of stock and unable to be purchased the stock status will be in red and read "not in stock".
